Terms and Conditions
Read below the terms and conditions that apply to the services of ME Consulting.
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes, agreements, and services provided by ME Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Service Delivery
ME Consulting will endeavor to perform the agreed services to the best of its knowledge and ability. We strive for the highest quality in our automation and AI solutions.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to materials developed by ME Consulting remain with ME Consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the delivered solutions.
4. Liability
ME Consulting is only liable for direct damages resulting from an attributable failure in the performance of the agreement. Liability is limited to the amount paid out by insurance in the relevant case.
5. Payment
Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, the client is automatically in default and statutory interest is due.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information they have obtained from each other in the context of the agreement. This obligation also applies after termination of the agreement.
7. Applicable Law
All agreements between ME Consulting and the client are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
